Studio A room-only access for vetted producers, engineers, returning clients and referrals. No engineer included. Four hours $180 ($45/hour); six hours $240; eight hours $300; twelve hours $420. Longer blocks use the listed package totals. Approval-only pilot for November 7–8 and 14–15, 2026, maximum two bookings per weekend, subject to agreement and confirmed availability.

These are room-rental booking options for Studio A; separate simultaneous room availability must be confirmed.

Bring your own engineer and a compatible laptop with your DAW. Studio A room-only lockouts include the following gear and instruments.

Inside Studio A
A/C, color-adjustable LED lighting, and a soundproof booth and control room acoustically designed for mixing and mastering. Both rooms support USB-C and USB-C-to-Lightning charging. Synced monitor visuals and a TV with Fire TV and streaming apps are available.

Microphone: Aston Professional Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone (Origin/Spirit model pending confirmation)

Recording and playback
Scarlett 8i6 (3rd Gen) audio interface, three JBL speakers, Roland amp, 50-inch display and separate booth display.

Plug in your laptop
Laptop docking station and stands for the booth or control room, Apple keyboard and trackpad, M-Audio Oxygen 61, Akai Professional MPK mini and USB-C cables.

Instruments
Casio Privia keyboard/piano with foot pedal, guitar and ukulele.

Need the studio workstation?
Book an engineered session with Drizzy Savage for the studio MacBook Pro, Apple Touch Pad, Pro Tools, Ableton Live and studio plugins. Mention any special setup needs in your booking request.

Send your dates, start/end times, package, engineer name, headcount and setup needs through Contact Us. A request does not reserve time. S.O.B must approve the slot/agreement and receive/approve the 50% deposit before confirmation. Balance due at start. Exact address shared after deposit; confirm parking, entry and loading/access details directly before arrival. Session clock starts at the scheduled time. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full deposit refund or one reschedule within 30 days. Late cancellation/no-show: deposit retained only if the reserved time cannot be rebooked. House rules: maximum five people; sessions end by midnight; no overnight stays. Leave the space as found. Equipment use and overtime require studio approval. No cigarette smoking inside. A control-room camera records video only.
